Bolliya Dual Metal Stainless Steel Aluminium Panel is composed of one stainless steel sheet laminated to aluminium sheet or galvanized steel sheet as substrate, bonded by adhesive film and laminated through a continuous thermal lamination process.
Total Panel Thickness: From 1mm to 3mm. Recommended Thickness for facade cladding is 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm.
Top skin: 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm.
Bottom skin: Aluminium or steel sheet at required thickness to achieve the nominated total panel thickness.
Panel width: 1000mm, 1200mm.
